Sourcing standards
Medical and formula-related claims are based on primary research, professional guidelines, and recognized diabetes organizations whenever possible.
Review and updates
Articles show a last updated date when substantive content changes. We update pages when formulas, thresholds, or references need correction or clarification.
The site does not currently claim physician review. If medical review is added later, reviewer credentials will be shown clearly.
